Children 3 and under stay for free
Children up to 12 years old receive a 50% discount on the daily price
* There is a € 50 cleaning fee for stays of 1 week or more
** Baby cribs are available for € 5,00
*** A change of sheets and towels is provided every 3 days during the stay
To confirm a reservation we kindly ask for an advance payment equal to 20% of the total to be paid by bank transfer, we communicate to you by e-mail the bank for transfer of payment.
The remaining balance will be paid upon arrival in cash.
The reservation process is completed once the RESIDENZA LEONARDO DA VINCI and LEONARDO DA VINCI HOME have sent a confirmation which guarantees
the availability for the number of people indicated on your reservation request.
A reimbursement of the advance payment will be made if the cancellation is communicated a minimum of 7 days prior to the date of arrival. Any cancellation after that will lead to the loss of the 20% reservation deposit. If your trip is postponed Residenza LEONARDO DA VINCI and LEONARDO DA VINCI HOME will be happy to set a new date without the need of paying another deposit if the length of stay is the same or in the case of a shorter stay the difference will be
credited when the balance is paid.
The balance of payment will be made in cash when checking-in.
In the case of stays of over 3 days a deposit of € 100,00 is required.
The client is responsible to RESIDENZA LEONARDO DA VINCI and LEONARDO DA VINCI HOME for whatever damage caused to furniture, objects and to rooms within the rented apartment by whatever act of negligence and/or neglect on behalf of the client or their guests. In the case of damage the client agrees to
give-up the deposit and/or pay RESIDENZA LEONARDO DA VINCI and LEONARDO DA VINCI HOME for any damage caused.
Each client staying with RESIDENZA LEONARDO DA VINCI and LEONARDO DA VINCI HOME is required to present a valid identity document to reception.
All the terms and conditions of this agreement between the two parties, client and RESIDENZA LEONARDO DA VINCI and LEONARDO DA VINCI HOME, will be interpreted and governed exclusively in accordance to Italian law, without regard to eventual conflicts. For every controversy the Foro di Roma is the final authority.
